Issentials formed in mid-2024 with a mission to share original music rooted in love and unity. Founded by Reven and Jordan, the band grew organically as like-minded musicians joined the vision. After just a few rehearsals, it was clear Issentials was something special.

Their debut show at Next Door marked the beginning of their journey as a live band. Since then, Issentials has performed at venues including Mai Tai’s, Secret Spot, and Lava’s Kailua, and has traveled to Molokaʻi for a private event as well as Kona and Hilo for Nā Mele Reggae and The 808 Day. With a 90-minute live set of entirely original music, Issentials remains committed to their authentic sound, staying true to their roots and spreading the positive vibe of reggae music.
